Sunny Meadows stands on land steeped in heritage, once owned by 19th-century innovator David Mitchell, the father of Dame Nellie Melba. From pioneering milk pasteurization to establishing Australia’s first vineyards, Mitchell’s spirit of excellence inspires every aspect of this project.
For nearly a century, the Doake Family preserved this site. Today, under Acuity Development Group, Sunny Meadows is evolving into a sanctuary of wellness, regeneration, and connection while respecting its historic roots.
