Mel is not your typical property developer and coach. With a blend of blunt honesty, premium quality, and a passion for discovering the why, Mel redefines what it means to invest in property. Her unique approach brings together the right skills and investors to maximise every opportunity, turning visions into tangible success.
Mel brings a wealth of knowledge in property development, construction and finance to every Acuity project. The Acuity team works closely with local councils, trades and research groups to pinpoint emerging property markets while delivering sustainable growth for long term gain. Each Acuity project meets a strict set of criteria to ensure exceptional returns for investors and affordable property solutions for businesses and home owners.
Nadeem brings extensive finance and investment expertise from executive roles in Australia and overseas, including CFO positions at Ellerston Capital in Sydney and Shortland Capital in NZ. His passion for real estate and deep knowledge in financial management, corporate structuring, and capital management make him a key asset to our team. Nadeem is a CPA with a Master of Commerce and Entrepreneurship, and has a Postgrad Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment, and a Bachelor of Business.
With 30 years of experience and a portfolio spanning hundreds of projects, Rob has a deep understanding of all aspects of development across various asset classes. His expertise extends from planning and design to execution, always driven by a passion for progress. Rob focuses on delivering innovative, high-quality, and affordable solutions that shape the future of sustainable development, making him an essential asset to our team.
